Our Meal/Lifestyle Plan and Nutritional Coaching programs are designed to accommodate your unique dietary preferences and restrictions. During the intake process, you’ll be able to specify any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs, allowing us to create a plan that is safe and enjoyable for you.
You can book your online consultation through our website. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, needs, and preferences, and answer any questions you may have. You can choose your preferred method of interaction: Zoom, WhatsApp Video, or Voice Call.
At Stuart Nutrition and Performance, we’re committed to your success. Integrity is fundamental in the way that we operate and because of this we do not make dubious promises or claims such as: “six pack shortcuts” or “8 weeks to get shredded meal plans”. For most natural trainees three months is a good minimum time period to expect decent results, and it is because of this that for our Coaching services we require a three month commitment period in order for us to truly show you what we can do for you for you.
